A new floral boutique is open for business on Haywood Road in West Asheville. The new Flora storefront is a branch of Flora Events, which has been doing wedding and event floral design for several years now in the Asheville area.  In addition to the items in the storefront, they offer custom arrangements, floral design for your wedding and flower delivery.
